Skillet Pasta with Sausage and Vegetables

Sausage and vegetables are a classic combination for a quick and easy breakfast. This easy skillet pasta recipe is one of my favorites because it's an extremely quick dish to make when you don't have much time on your hands. It's also packed with protein, veggies, cheese, and more flavor than you'll know what to do with! Give this one a try. This recipe is so easy to make and has so many flavors combined.

2 cups rotini

1 lb. spicy Italian sausage, sliced

1/2 cup onions, chopped

1 1/2 cups zucchini, sliced

1/2 cup carrots, sliced

1/2 cup cut bell peppers, julienned

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tsp. basil leaves

1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. black pepper

1/2 cup red wine
